Price List

Price of overnight stay depends on the length of your stay, with a minimum of two nights.

Accommodation is charged per apartment, not per person.

Maximum number of persons who may be staying in the apartment is 4.

Price of overnight stay is 70 Euro.

The rental price includes:

• Cleaning before and after your stay in the home, and once a week for longer rent 7-days and more (at your request, there is the possibility of daily cleaning, but it is extra charged)
• All overhead expenses (electricity, water, gas, parking, flat-ratei nternet) are included in the price, except telephone calls.

For longer stay in our apartments we can give you special discounts:

• Renting the apartment more than 14 days - 5 % discount.
• Renting the apartment more than 30 days - 12 % discount.
• Renting the apartment more than 60 days - 20 % discount.
